FAITH

FORSAKING ALL OTHERS I TRUST HIM

Faith is not visible and means many things to different people. If someone asked you “What is FAITH” how would you answer?

For me, personally, faith is simply choosing to believe that God is for me , loves me, and whether life throws me curves or is going great, I know God has the power to help me no matter what comes my way on this earth.

I believe God’s word, the Bible which is just basic instructions before leaving earth. (learned that in Sunday School.) Faith is my confidence in God, his word promises he will never leave or forsake me. Deuteronomy 31:6 New International Version (NIV) Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

I choose FAITH, it is my personal choice to believe that Jesus was born robbed in flesh, walked this earth, was persecuted and suffered so that I might have life. Jesus died for my sins, that by my belief in him,  asking forgiveness, my sins are forgiven. I cannot save myself, I had to repent! Ephesians 2:8-9 New International Version (NIV) –For it is by grace you have been saved, through FAITH—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.

I believe in FAITH, God’s gift to me through his son Jesus! Forgiveness brought a joy I can’t describe. It is the beginning of an incredible journey, a relationship with the creator of our universe. A New Beginning!

Salvation is not just for me, it is for every man, woman and child! Take that first step of faith and believe, God is for me! (meaning you)

Here is to New Beginnings, The Best is Yet to Come!

  1. This is so good! I agree that faith is different for each of us. It has taken me a long time as a child of God to actually understand what faith truly was. For me, it is believing in Him and His Word…that He is…in every situation…He is…my Rock, my Healer, my bill payer, and many other things! ❤️
