Song of Songs 2:11-12 New International Version (NIV)11 See! The winter is past;the rains are over and gone.12 Flowers appear on the earth;the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land.

Joy comes in the morning, I hope you enjoy our beautiful flowers that my mother and I planted in the last ten years!  I took these pics this morning as Spring burst forward and is a time of promise and renewal!

Deuteronomy 32:2 New International Version (NIV)

Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants.

Psalm 19:1- 1 The heavens declare the glory of God;the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

  1. Just beautiful! I remember leisurely sauntering through my grandmother’s yard. This reminds me so much of THAT ❤ Her lilies were so tall and thick that my cousins and I would run and hide behind them when we played hide and seek… only a few lifetimes ago, it seems now 🙂 Thank you for a trip down memory lane!

    1. Your very welcome! There are a lot of memories in my mom’s yard, thirteen years ago my parents moved into this house. We dug up all her plants from her old yard and transplanted. Every plant put in ground is a memory I share with my mamma🤗❤️💯

      1. What a blessing! ❤ I have always had quite the "black thumb" lol, so I've not worked with many flowers. However, I am trying very hard to grow a veggie and herb garden this year, so cover me in prayer! Lord knows I need it, LOL 🙂 So nice to know that you have these memories… nothing can ever steal that away!

          1. Wow, that’s awesome! Yes, Google is my go-to as well 🙂 As a matter of fact, after I commented here, I went and started some oregano, basil, and brussel sprouts in some potting soil I had gotten the other day, lol! I’m so excited to see what happens! Thanks for being an inspiration, sis ❤

            1. Oh, gosh but you do!! There are so many things I’ve wanted to say in response to so many of your “raw” writings… but I am working on actually “speaking” (er, typing rather, lol) what I want to say in spite of being the shyest person in the world, lol. And thank you… I pray over everything I post, on my own blog or in comments, that it would be what HE wants me to say ❤ Praise the Lord!!

  2. Those flowers are beautiful, Debbie! It makes me want to skip! I know you and your mom had fun planting them together. I repotted a few of my plants and planted some cherry tomato seeds. Hope those come up! I hope the parsley plants come up, also. This is the first time I have planted those.
